Every great expansion of human capability began with a new way of seeing. The telescope came before modern astronomy, the microscope before medicine understood disease, the map before the voyage it made possible. We did not act our way into the modern world; we saw our way into it, and the acting followed, suddenly easier, because the world had finally come into focus.

Artificial intelligence is leaving the screen and entering the physical world, into machines that will work in our homes, our hospitals, our fields, and our factories. Extraordinary teams are giving these machines minds and bodies, teaching them to move among us. But watch a person lift a glass of water, and you will find the miracle is not in the hand. It is in the eyes: finding the rim, judging the fill, sensing the space around it. Nearly everything we call skill in the physical world is, underneath, an act of seeing, and machines are being taught to act before they have truly learned to look. Almost everything difficult about this new era flows from that gap.

We build spatial and visual intelligence: the foundation of sight that intelligent machines will stand on. We do not compete with the teams building the minds and bodies of Physical AI. We build for them, beneath them, and we succeed when their machines do. This is more than an engineering choice; it is a belief about how this future should arrive. A machine that can say what it sees, plainly, honestly, with its uncertainty in the open, is a machine a person can question, correct, and come to trust. That is the kind of machine that belongs among us. We begin with robotics, where the world answers immediately and honestly, and we carry the same sight outward: to the factory, the field, the map, and anywhere a decision turns on what is truly in front of us.

The machines are learning to move. We are teaching them to see.
